Terms & Conditions

• Taxes, import duties and any other fees are not included in the product price. Customer is liable for any import duty or taxes due outside USA.

• Given that my products are uniquely crafted to order, it's important to note that all sales are final, and I do not offer refunds.

• I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.

• I stand by the quality of your mixer, assuring you of a defect-free product for a 18 months from your delivery date. If the product doesn't work as it should, I am committed to fixing or replacing it, with a few conditions to keep in mind.

• The warranty excludes coverage for regular wear and tear, it won't cover issues caused by incorrect installation, operation and misuse.

• The warranty is valid exclusively for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another party.

• Switches and potentiometers are covered by a warranty for a period of 3 months from the date of delivery.

• Customer must cover all shipping costs for returns and reshipping.

• Even if the warranty has ended, I'll still do my best to assist you in enjoying your product for as long as you desire.
